About Us

The foundation was established in 2024 by Ger Kappert, Erwin Westers and Debra Aurich. From a shared interest in regenerative agriculture, we help farmers with practical support during their transition. We keep growing as a network that connects farmers, experts and partners around the practical application of regenerative principles.

ANBI status

Board members receive no remuneration for their work, only reimbursement of expenses in accordance with ANBI guidelines. No single board member or group of board members holds majority control over the foundation's assets.

Stichting Regeneratieve Alliantie has no employees.

Raised among ornamental plants in Potsdam, educated in agricultural science in Halle. After decades in DDR agriculture he became an independent advisor and soil coach. Pioneer of regenerative agriculture in Germany and Central Europe, with an emphasis on living soils and plant physiology.

Pioneer of regenerative agriculture in the Netherlands and steward of Horaholm. Co-founder of the Regeneratieve Alliantie and Chairman of the board. Shares his field experience and supports farmers in applying the Näser/Wenz method.
