Dietmar Näser grew up among the ornamental plants of a family of growers in Potsdam and studied agronomy in Halle. After years of practical experience in East German agriculture, where he was responsible for crop protection and fertilization, he focused on the connection between soil life, plant health, and yield. Since the age of forty, he has worked as an independent consultant and "soil coach." He is considered one of the greatest pioneers of regenerative agriculture in Germany and Central Europe, where he guides farmers in applying soil-stimulating and organically oriented cultivation methods. His vision: healthy agriculture starts with vibrant soils and a sound understanding of plant physiology.
