1. Who are we?

Stichting Regeneratieve Alliantie, based in the Netherlands, is responsible for the processing of personal data as described in this privacy policy. You can reach us at contact@regeneratieve-alliantie.nl.

2. What data do we collect?

We process the following personal data, depending on how you use our website:

  • Contact form: name, email address, phone number (optional) and the message you send.
  • Purchases (e-learning and tickets): name, email address and payment information. Payments are processed via Stripe; we do not store card details.
  • Callback request: phone number and the context of your request.
  • Analytics cookies: anonymised usage data, only with your consent (see section 5).

3. Why do we process your data?

  • Performance of a contract: processing purchases and delivering courses or ticket confirmations.
  • Legitimate interest: following up on contact requests and callback appointments.
  • Consent: placing analytics and marketing cookies.

4. How long do we retain your data?

We do not retain personal data longer than necessary. Order data is kept for seven years in accordance with statutory retention obligations. Contact requests are retained for a maximum of two years, unless you request earlier deletion.

5. Cookies

We use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics with Consent Mode v2. Analytics and marketing cookies are only placed after you have given explicit consent via the cookie banner. Functional cookies (to remember your choice) are always placed.

You can change your cookie preferences at any time by clearing cookies in your browser to trigger the banner again.

6. Sharing with third parties

We only share your data with third parties where necessary for the provision of our services:

  • Stripe: for payment processing (see stripe.com/privacy).
  • Hosting provider: our website and backend are hosted on secure servers within the EU.
  • Google: for analytics processing, only with your consent.

We never sell your data to third parties.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the following rights:

  • Right of access to your personal data.
  • Right to rectification of inaccurate data.
  • Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten").
  • Right to restriction of processing.
  • Right to data portability.
  • Right to object to processing.

Send a request to contact@regeneratieve-alliantie.nl. We will respond within four weeks. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

8. Security

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. Connections to our website are secured via HTTPS.

9. Changes

This privacy policy may be updated. The most current version is always available on this page. We will inform you of material changes.
